Our room was good, but my husband and I felt the grounds were not kept; garbage all over the place and lawn needed mowing.

Couldn’t figure out billing, did not have snow shoveled from sidewalks, poorly maintained bathrooms. Booked stay for surgery-they me called me in pre-op and told dogs couldn’t be left alone and come get them. Web site stated could be left unattended in crates. Which they where crated. Maintenance man walked into our room while my husband was in bathroom!!!! Didn’t knock and and do not disturb sign was on door. Advertised free breakfast, none provided just coffee.
