Hotel doesn't look very nice on the outside, but the inside was very clean, and updated. Beds were extremely comfortable, great breakfast, warm pool and overall happy we found such a nice place to accommodate our dogs and such a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

Nice inexpensive hotel next to a brewery. No real issues, except the heater and thermostat didn't seem to be synced. We eventually had to manually set the wall unit.

The staff were kind and responsive. The building is definitely showing its age. Looks like there are active repairs going on. Overall, an okay place to stay.

Great location when we need to stay in Gaylord. Not many other hotels take dogs. Only complaint is that the exterior doors seldom work with the keycard. They never seem to fix that.

We stayed three nights at the Baymont Inn with our 9 month old Havamalt puppy, Bella. First off, the location is great with walking distance to Big Buck Brewery plus a lot of grassy areas for walking the Bells. The rooms are on the small side but workable for the two of us plus Bella. One nice feature that both me and Bella enjoyed was a window seat for watching TV and a great view out the window. Also, there are restaurants and a grocery store close by as well. The staff were helpful and courteous. All in all, the Baymont worked well for our trip!

Nice place. From the outside it didn’t really appear so. Rooms are nice, nice space outside to take dogs to relieve themselves. No limit on dog weight, which was good as our dog is consider “large breed”. Only thing I’d say is a negative, no elevator and the stairwells smelled like cigarettes (outside door people would smoke at and lingered quite a bit). Rooms and Main hallways didn’t smell like smoke. Nice place overall

It was a nice option for an overnight on our way up north. Our original room, however, was supposed to be on the second floor. We only got lucky and wound up on the first floor because there was a mix up and they accidentally forgot to clean it. It would have been harder to let our dog out right before bed and after waking up if we had been on the second floor. There also weren't any elevators to help us carry all the extra dog gear up the stairs.

The rooms were updated and clean. However I was concerned by the lack of enforcement during COVID-19 of guests wearing masks. People were all over the lobbies, etc. without masks and it did not feel very safe.

We Spent the night here with our 9 month old puppy and it was perfect. Room was roomy and clean plus close to the door for potty breaks. They also have a pool, WiFi and free breakfast. It’s looks to have been recently updated. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Plus Big Buck Brewery/restaurant is next door and they have a large dog friendly patio in warmer weather months. Mila approves and so does mom!!

Found this hotel on the FIDO app. Checked in with no problem. Dog fee was 25$ per pooch., paid on check in. Book a suite if you need some space. Bonus was a county dog park about 3 blocks from the hotel! It’s a little hard to find but it is worth a visit. If the weather is nice you can eat outside at the Alpine Tavern with Fido as well! They provided water bowls and a treat! Good place to stop on your way up north!
