The room was extremely dirty and the whole place had a horrible musty smell. I have pictures of the room if you want me to send them. This place needs to be shut down and at the very least have the nasty carpet replaced.

Only negative comment we have is that we requested a ground floor room due to one of us having a disability. However, our room was on the 2nd floor. Even though there was an elevator, the distance to walk was far and was hard on me.

The only thing really nice about this hotel is that it is dog friendly. Not a great hotel, but one of the only ones in New Buffalo, MI that are dog friendly. Not many nice dog friendly hotels in this location.

The room was filthy. There were stains on the chair and bed sheets. The lamps were unplugged when we entered and the lamp shades were broken. The smoke detector was MISSING BATTERIES!!!!! The carpet was peeling off. The ceiling above the window was grey-blue (the rest was white) and looked like mold. The carpet is filthy. Way too expensive for a health hazard hotel.
