Enjoyed Duluth, good place to walk the dog.

I came here for a quick trip to Duluth with my senior dog. Because he can't walk far, we wanted a hotel with easy access for him to use the bathroom. I have stayed in many pet-friendly hotels, including others in Duluth, but this hotel was the best experience for me. I asked for a first-floor room, which they graciously gave me, and they placed us very close to a side exit door. They have plenty of doggy bags in the pet relief areas, and there is space to get a good, short walk in. I also very much appreciated that there is a lot of lighting outside during the nighttime, because of that I felt very safe.
Everyone from the staff, to other people staying at the hotel were very friendly, everyone understands that this is a pet-friendly hotel so there were no issues. I didn’t need to be in Canal Park as I’ve come there many times, but this hotel is still close and only a 10min drive there. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. I felt safe in the area, and there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is even a Petco very close by! This is definitely the place I’ll come back to when I’m in Duluth.

Nice, comfortable hotel for humans and very pet-friendly! Arya received a goody bag at check-in and there is a dedicated outdoor pet walking area. Very friendly staff also!

Dog relief area was large, right out the back and well stocked with waste bags. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel and staff were perfect. The location of the hotel is near many stores and restaurants and just a short drive to the ariel bridge and the beach. The staff was friendly and responsive. The pet relief area was right next to our room so very convenient. The pet relief area was big and had lots of bags to use for pick up. The only problem was that our room wasn't very clean upon arrival. The tub had stuff in it and there was also a headband on the floor so wondering if vacuuming was done. I'd come back for sure.

The parking lot and pet relief area was not cleared out well so the dogs had to pee in the parking lot.

Had a room near the back door with easy access to a beautiful large dog area. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

Stayed 1 night. Pretty hotel. New. Room was on the first floor which is good to walking the dog. room was clean. Continental hot breakfast great. Staff friendly. Ordered in Pizza from VIP pizza - highly recommend. Only issue we had was that the carpet was wet through out the room like they had just been cleaned. Hotel staff apologetic. other than that would have rated 5 bones.
