We have to pay extra for our dogs but the place is not even clean. The $316 we were quoted when we made reservations turned in to over $400 for two nights. We will never stay there again.

This hotel could be nice. I don’t know if they were in the middle of remodeling or what but things seemed a bit scattered and not real organized. When we got to the room it was obvious that they hadn’t vacuumed the room; there were a few pistachio shells on the floor along with a broken dog biscuit. Location is convenient to the canal.

Great Breakfast, Large Room. We were on the 4th floor so it was a lot of work taking the pups out to go potty. Had to walk a little ways to get to grass.

We love this hotel because of the location in Canal Park and they allow dogs. All the rooms have a kitchenette which is nice also.

We had so much fun staying here! It’s in a really cool old historic building right in the middle of everything you want to do in Duluth. Our rooms were huge and we got to see the sun rise over the lake right from our window. Check-in with the dogs was seamless and you could tell the staff was excited about having them there. We will definitely be back!

We love Duluth and you can’t get much better than this location. Parking was away and we were able to walk to everything. Duluth has become super dog friendly, with most restaurants having patios you can sit at, and there’s even a distillery down the road that welcomes pups inside and serves great cocktails! We got a king suite and I was huge and very dark, perfect for crashing in after a big day out exploring.

The location is great but not many places to go to with a dog. We like to walk places, all the dog friendly places you need to drive to.

Being on Canal Park is wonderful. Lots to do and see within walking distance. Most businesses are dog friendly, including the liquor store! Multiple patios for a meal with your pup and Hoops allows Fido to come with for a pint. The hotel doesn't provide sheets or bowls for your furry companion, which is a little odd. Traffic and train noise makes late night pee breaks a bit of a challenge at first, but there are enough dogs around that the adjustment is quick and there are quieter spots over by the boardwalk, with poop bag stations & trash cans nearby. Will definitely stay there again, but will remember to bring dog sheets from home.

Our reservation stated that we were supposed to have a room with two pullouts, but there was only one. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, and the hotel’s solution was to offer fans. I had to push for a new room. In the new room, we opened the pullout sofa and found multiple broken slats. We could only sleep on half of it. Lastly, the extra sheets for the pullout were torn in multiple spots. While the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants, this hotel is in desperate need of a refresh.

Right in the center of all the happenings...area is very dog friendly hotel is old factory restored into a very nice place. There is a bar and Craft beer brewery in the same building that are also dog friendly....we had a very nice time! Don’t hesitate to go....well worth it!

Great location and welcomed dog with open arms... Until we went to do things... Even with our own kennel, we were required to take our dog even to get a bite to eat. That meant anything we wanted to see had to be kept under 45 mins per stop. Instead of climate control, she had to sit for an hour in the car for dinner. Great location and perfect for walking around and concert hall right next door. Price was a little steep.

The hotel was close to lots of breweries and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It did not have a window so it was a little dark. More ceiling lights would have been appreciated. The hotel receptionist could not locate our reservation after booking through BringFido even after presenting the confirmation email and number. They were still able to provide us with a room at the same rate. We would stay here again but request a room with a window, not an interior room.
