Dog friendly, but make sure you book the dog friendly rooms, as not all rooms on the app are. There was an error in my reservation because of this, and the resort was very kind to change it at no additional cost. Lots of green area to potty and walk off some doggy energy. Only difficulty was lobby & parking lot are on second level, and dog friendly rooms are on first floor, and there is no elevator, so be prepared to lug your stuff up and down a flight of stairs with dog in tow. Room also had a microwave, which wasn't a listed amenity so that was nice.

So appreciate having a place where dogs are welcome! The accommodations were comfortable, perfect location and the North Shore overall was so welcoming to pups. Taking one bone off only because we were supposed to get a Welcome basket (poochpack) upon arrival and didn’t. I went to the room and re-checked my reservation info to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. When I went back to the desk and asked about it, since the reservation did say that we were to get one, the gal at the desk seemed put off and resistive to giving it to us. She did give it to us, so not sure why she acted so upset by my request. It was a bag with a water bottle and pup dishes. There was supposed to be treats and other miscellaneous items which we didn’t get. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred it not have been promised at all than to have gotten the resistance from this particular staff person. All else was well and we had a great time. I do highly recommend otherwise!!

This was a fantastic get-away, with clean, reasonably priced rooms and extremely friendly staff. The gift shop has anything you might have forgotten to bring, and some cute things, too. There’s a lovely pool and hot tub and outdoor picnic and bonfire area. The location is great! We took several amazing day hikes and enjoyed the trip immensely. Stay here! You’ll be happy you did.
