Even better than expected. Very clean, nice rooms, great staff. My room had an issue with the heating/air unit. The maintenance person was there to fix it in just a few minutes. After dinner it was apparent that it wasn’t fixed so I had to change rooms. It wasn’t exactly convenient but the staff was helpful and it was no big deal. It’s very clean, lighting was good. We were on the first floor so it was easy to get the dogs out. There were poop bags right there and the area itself was very clean. This location isn’t in the “commercial” part of the area; it’s more isolated. Because of that it was less expensive than the other Hampton but I doubt it was less nice than the others. It’s by the highway but you can’t tell. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great area to walk pets around the property, with pet waste bags and disposal receptacles! We were traveling through so only there for 11 hours.

The window was blocked by the garbage bin. The room was next to the outdoor exit, and we heard every person using that exit with a very loud bang. The room was older, but did have some nice decor. Standard breakfast but out of many items, like waffle batter, butter, etc.

This hotel is fantastic. Our room is spotless, and the bed is comfy. Complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and made sure we and the pup could get a first floor room for easier potty breaks. They also have complimentary water and cookies which are a lovely touch. Best of all, no pet fee!

A great stay for any dog owner. We arrived an hour earlier than check in but they still let us check in which was great, nice clean room, good comfy bed and excellent shower! Super dog friendly, I have a responsive dog so they made sure the location of our room was out the way. Lots of green areas for going to the toilet and sniffing about. The staff were very good too, highly recommend this hotel!

I try to stay at Hampton Inns whenever possible, and this one did not disappoint. It was a great value for the price, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great staff, courteous and accommodating. The manager even offered to stay with my dog on her leash for a few minutes in the lobby while I grabbed some breakfast to go from the dining area. Nice doggy walking space in the back with clean up bags available. :-) I would definitely recommend staying here, and would stay again if I were ever in the area.

Hampton Inn are always nice. The room was as expected for a Hampton Inn: clean, sanitized. Option of ordering a hot breakfast for pick up the next morning. Plenty of green space outside but could not find a designated pet relief area which is why I gave it 4 bones. Due to COVID not serving hot coffee but they do have extra coffee packets for the hotel room.

We stayed one night as we passed through St. Louis. Love that they have no pet fee and the rooms were nice (very standard, but clean and well maintained). They even still had breakfast, but set up a custom order the night before (breakfast sandwiches) and the next morning have a grab and go station with your meal at the requested time.

Plenty of grass on side for bathroom (use personal bags for clean up), room was clean and quiet, breakfast was decent (cold items only due to virus).

All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly to my active 40lb dog and they were extremely helpful with anything I wanted or needed during my stay - this is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at and I will definitely return again! :)

nice location off highway ext, best night's sleep of a 5 day road trip relocating from Florida to Colorado.
Good checkin experience and day staff were friendly, efficient and excellent service. Jason was very helpful with getting my cat out from under the bed. I forgot to block the areas my cat could get under the bed and sure enough in the morning when getting ready to leave and put him in the crate, he dashed under the bed. The hotel was a little tired looking in spots but it was clean and staff was pleasant to deal with. The room was a little small with two dogs but we had a good nights sleep and left early the next morning.

Staff was very nice and welcoming of dogs, but room was very small and musty smelling. Entry and bathroom doors stuck so badly that it was hard to open and close them. We could not find any trash cans for doggy bags ( we had our own bags, thank goodness) and ended up opening the back dumpster gates to access the dumpster. They have a green area, and there is a sidewalk along the street for longer walks. Our room faced the highway, so it was very noisy all night. They did not allow the dogs to remain in room alone even while we went to dinner, the only hotel in our 11-day cross country trek that had that policy.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn St Louis / Chesterfield in mid-July 2017 (2 people and 2 dogs). This hotel is a great option for pet travelers (and travelers without pets) in the St Louis area. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived after dark, and felt safe unloading our car and walking our dogs around the hotel. Free breakfast is also a bonus.
