Staff was very nice and understanding. We are traveling across the country with 2 dogs and 2 cats and we only had the $50 pet charge! Room was clean but you could tell it was the pet room!

Stayed here last year. Staff very friendly upon check in. Gave us a room on the first floor right next to the exit with green area for our 2 dogs. Kitchenette and sitting area in room gave us and our pups more space to move around. Room was showing its age in the bathroom and there was a bit of an odor to the room. Overall a nice place. Would stay again.

Terrific stop on a road trip along Route 66 (and, I-44). The suite my husky and I stayed in was clean and spacious --- complete kitchen, living room space, and bed area. Quite comfortable. Tons of dining options. (In fact, it may be a bit overwhelming). We ended up at Fuzzy's Taco Shop, which was quite good. Overall, a smooth and worthy stop! Would definitely rebook if in the area again.

You could tell they cater to animals as soon as you get out of your car. There’s plenty of spaces to exercise and care for animals. Staff goes out of their way to place you in appropriate rooms.

Traveling with my Bernese Mountain dog, we were welcomed at the TownePlace Suites. There is a nice area to exercise and give your dog a place to relieve themselves. The staff was open and welcoming.

Very petite friendly check in - because we have two larger dogs and planned check in was late, I asked if we could have a first floor room to make for easy potty outings and they accommodated. Room was clean & comfortable - kitchenette was set up with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, etc. If needed. We were cozy and slept well! As others said, grassy places to walk your pup are good sized and easy to access.

Loved this hotel. Great location just off the interstate, next to two restaurants, one a Cracker Barrel. Room was very large and all amenities were open, even during Covid. Abundant grassy areas on all sides of hotel. The dog loved it as well!
