Glass elevator was a new experience for the dogs as we travelled cross country relocating. They had all the dogs in one area so as you walked past in the hall they were greeted by another dog behind a door.

My husband and I took a weekend trip to KC and brought our pup Moose along. He was able to hang out in the lobby while we ate breakfast and stopped by the evening reception. The receptionist even gave Moose a wet dog food as a treat. He got so much attention from all the employees and other guests. We look forward to bringing him back.

Great location and nice waterfall noise to muffle any noise doggies might make. I had to leave my boys in the room for a meeting and one has a little anxiety and whimpered a bit but no one would know! Clean rooms are very important too!

Our room was very spacious and there was a little dog poop station by the side door that my dog made a beeline for which was nice. I think he was excited by the glass paneled elevators and looking over the railing at the lobby downstairs. I can see how some dogs might be freaked out by that. Our room had a damp musty smell which was kind of gross. The breakfast was pretty decent and we had two glasses of wine from the bar after we arrived.

Overall, a very nice suite for a pretty good rate. The only drawback is getting put on a high floor with very small elevators with glass windows which freaked one of our dogs out. This also made it tough to take pooches out to do their business.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room and hotel itself were really clean. We only stayed one night.
