The hotel is nice with lots to do! We unfortunately checked in too late and had difficulty finding parking. The room didn’t feel too clean and the patio was all concrete therefore it did not work out for our dogs who are used to grassy areas. We did see some rooms do have access to grassy areas from their patio so if you’re lucky to get one of those your dogs should have a great stay. Restaurants, bars, and pools were a lot of fun and definitely made up for the experience. There is also a trail around the property so that was a nice walk with the pups as well.

Great location. No TV or internet. So drains in sink and bath. Maintenance tried to fix to no avail. Room was average. Clean and a great view.

We had a very nice stay. One elevator was not working, had a large wedding and bike fest going on. Would of been helpful to have a bottom floor to take dogs out to potty. Other than that, everything was really good.

I would say our stay was fair at best. Many small things added up to make it not so great. There is no fridge in the room. When we went they had some problem with the water, so bottled water only. Which also meant, no ice. Went to get a coffee and that was also broken. The pool near our room would have been ideal but that was also under construction and needed to be fixed. I would have to say the staff is very friendly but lots of upkeep issues.

We got a junior suite in the atrium and they put us on the first floor knowing we had our dog. It had glass doors to walk out right there which made bringing her along really easy to walk her. The grounds of the resort were really nice to walk around too a few times a day with her. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in October of 2020 with 2 small dogs. Reasonable pet fee. Room was just fine - hotel a little older but staff was great, no major complaints.
