  Very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious room. Delightful staff. Our dog was made very welcome.

  Dirty room

  If I could give this location zero bones, I would. I got to my room and there were literal bugs crawling on the desk and counters. I shined my phone’s flashlight to see if it was the dreaded bed bugs and was shocked! This bug literally stood on its hind legs like I was in his space! Then, when I try to inspect the mattress, there was a lone pubic hair on the comforter! Disgusting. To make it worse, I went to the front desk to let them know and got downgraded to a smaller bed. I took the room because Fatboy and I were exhausted.

  The room was better (no aggressive bugs or pubes) but it was definitely dirty. The bathtub had dirt on the floor and the windows were not wiped down. The room had some crumbs on the desk but I was exhausted and worked with what I had. There was no price refund nor discount. They said they would not charge for the pet fee but I was told at check in I wouldn’t have to anyway? Either way, I’m not sure if there is a house keeping shortage (due to their sign saying they are not cleaning rooms after each day but, rather, each stay) but there shouldn’t be any pubes causally hanging out on the comforters. Overall, would not stay here again. The prices of the rooms do not reflect in this hotel. It’s more of a “motel” vibe.

  Nice Accommodations

  Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, no discernible smells of previous pets. Everything was clean and fresh! We would definitely stay there again.

  This place was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

  Good for someone on a budget

  While it’s not the nicest hotel, it was a bed to sleep in and the essentials! No bugs, free breakfast, free wifi, and dog friendly. Not a lot of grassy space but it worked just perfect for potty time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the water temperature seemed to just be like warm? It never really got hot or cold.

  Great location and service

  Really friendly staff. Plenty of parking and room to walk or bike your dog. Offered waste disposal bags. Quiet. Only “issue” was that the carpet clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Not sure if previous guest had an issue, but something in the carpet was damp and interested the dog.

  Great location

  My valets were very disappointed, had to beg for towels, my doggie area was uncut, no service bags, no refrigerator to keep my food cold. Their bed was comfortable and the room was clean and near the door. The people were nice to me.

  Comfort Inn, Lackland Road, St Lois MO

  The room was clean. However parking was a little difficult. There is very little parking in front of the hotel or on 2 sides. The main parking lot is large but could be far away from your room. It was taxing at the end of a long day to unload the car and keep the dog with me for safety. Also there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor which was also opposite of my room. There is plenty of grass to air your dog. I would stay there again, but I would request a room on the other side for ease.
