The room was spacious and very clean. The room had a lot more desk/table space than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. It came with all the amenities that were promised. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice. Lots of parking, great location to the highway.

The room had some wear including sink that wouldn’t drain, loose faucet, toilet leaked water when flushed. Floor was sticky. Otherwise looked clean. Worked well for our dog to stay unattended as he seemed comfortable.

Sign that says any vehicle broken into is not their responsibility is a sign that you just shouldn’t stay there. Customer service was unfriendly and shady with light off. Other guests were giving us dangerous looks and we knew our vehicles was a target. Left immediately.

First they put us in a dirty room...beds were unmade, towels all over the floor, etc. Second room wasn't much better and had trash and nasty stuff under the beds.

Super service from staff! When they saw that I was parked in handicap with a handicap sticker, they offered me a first floor room without me having to ask? Originally I had been assigned a room on the third floor!

Two day stay - One of the worst beds I’ve ever tried sleep in, beds not made, garbage not taken out and I don’t think the floors in the room have been washed in weeks. Good luck.
