The place was disgusting. The room smelled like it had not been cleaned in forever and the cover on the bed was stained and gross. If not for having no other option, we would have left. Worst place we have ever stayed in and we have done a lot of traveling.

We stayed here on on our way cross country after finding a decent rate on the BringFido app. When we went to check in there was no one at front desk and when someone did come we were told “I’ll be right back in 10 minutes”. The moment the door in our room opened the smell of urine was so powerful you couldn’t breath. The room was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting and had graffiti all over the back of the door. There was no control for the tv to be found and we had to plug it in to get it to turn off. When we went to check out the next morning there was also no one to be found at the front desk. To say the experience was a complete disappointment is an understatement.

Worst hotel ever. 2 Different rooms - the room they changed me to was worse than the first. The smell stayed on me for days after I left. I really do not think your data or processes are better than a Monkey pushing random buttons.
