Room was clean and we never heard any noise all night. Felt safe walking the dog at night. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. The only complaint I have is the pool didn't open until 9.

I stayed here with my dog after traveling 10+ hours. We were both exhausted when we arrived to say the least. I was informed by the front desk staff that there weren’t any more rooms available that were pet friendly (despite me contacting BF beforehand and being assured I was all set). Panic and stress immediately set in, which the front desk rep noticed and immediately offered to give me a free upgrade to a king size suite so we had a place to stay. While I’m BEYOND grateful we had that occur, it was not nice to hear after the long drive.
Giving 4 bones for the awesome rep who upgraded us for free and that there was a grassy knoll for our pup. However, beware that it was surrounded by large trucks (18-wheelers and box trucks) that were on all night long and made my dog a lil uneasy. Also all other people had their pets off leash, so be careful of that!

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, there is a trail/paved bike trail nearby to go for a walk. Rates are better than any I have seen in Springfield MO for pets.

The front desk lady was very friendly, allowed me to stay with three dogs, the limit is usually two, without any fuss. They insisted on giving me a ground floor room. There are multiple large grassed areas to walk the pups.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was kind. For pet parents - Hotel was what a 90$ stay a night would be. The pool was gross. They didn’t communicate to my fiancé where breakfast was being served. We thought it would be in the lobby like most hotels but it was not, it was in a side room down a hallway. Definitely a one night only hotel if you’re “passing through.” Not any more days than that. We could hear people above and beside us. So if you enjoy a quiet hotel this isn’t for you. The snacks and beverages were cheap.
There are tons of restaurants around the area but most of the ones you can take your pets to are 10 mins away. For the pets - the good: the staff was kind to my pooch and they made an effort to see him and greet him. The room was picked up to where a well behaved pup wouldn’t get into stuff (cords for lamps hanging around on the ground, cabinetry up and off the ground). they supply bags for their doggy area. you would never know other dogs were there unless you saw them. The bad: Their pet area is in a field which is filled with Cockaburs. Every time we brought our Pomeranian back inside we were picking them out. The ants were terrible if dog food was left out for too long. So if your pet is a “grazer” like mine is keep an eye on their bowl. As always be cautious of other pet owners. Just because your baby is well behaved doesn’t mean others are.
