  Easy location, but dirty overall

  Dirty bedcovers, 2 holes in wall, hairdryer broken, and shower curtain too short to pull across.

  In need of repairs

  Bathroom shelf was loose and separating from the wall, room door was lacking any seals, desk chair was broken and dangerous. Desk was also in the wrong location in the room so you couldn't get by when someone was sitting there. Air conditioner started making loud knocking sounds in the middle of the night and took forever to stop after turning it off. Bathroom vanity is too small for two people to use, toilet seat didn't stay up, so basically not functional for a man.

  Motel needs work

  The motel is very small, and limits to 2 pets per room. It is clearly an old Microtel, that has had little upkeep. To top it off, we were greeted by a parking lot full of police addressing a domestic incident on arrival.

  Dog Friendly

  This is a get what you pay for kinda place. The price was very low. I was on a tight budget. The location was good, even has a dog potty area with poop bags. I wished it had been mowed recently because you could not see what you were walking on. Check-in was easy and room close to parking on first floor. The room has updates but the bones of it are very old but was clean. TV was BIG as was the mini fridge. Bed was good. Overall there were no problems and staff was friendly.

  Dirty

  Floors were dirty, black mold under undermount sink, toilet seat too small for toilet. I am assuming that when you are traveling with a dog this is what you get.

  Stay away

  There were signs in the lobby stating anyone with an address within 60 mile radius has to pay a higher deposit. Also no smoking anywhere except outside. From about 10pm thru 4:30am people were constantly slamming doors and screaming at one another. Seemed to happen every few minutes to about every half hour with someone screaming an F bomb at 3am then slamming another door. The smell of pot permitted the hallway despite the warnings at the front desk. Would never visit again.

  Everything went well

  It was a decent room for the price. Plenty of parking and located off a residential area so we were able to get a walk in and stretch our legs before a good night sleep.

  Great Experience

  Our 1 yr old Husky's 1st hotel experience. Ground level end unit - so easy to go out to potty area - all good. Close to good eating places and not too far from a great dog park too. Great experience.

  You get what you pay for

  Perfectly nice people working at hotel but the place is NO frills. Beds are squeaky, bathrooms have mildew, walls are thin.

  Worked for us

  We had to come to Springfield for a vet appointment at Banfield. We are 2 hours away in Arkansas so this location worked out just fine. It was conveniently located and we found a nice park not to far away to enjoy. The hotel is very simple. You get what you pay for. The shower is the shortest one I have ever seen and I'm 5'3". Every thing was clean and the bed was comfy. Definitely needed more pillows. If you want fancier then simple then pick somewhere else. If you want clean, comfy, and reasonable then this is a great idea.

  Excellent stay

  The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and access to the parking lot for moving luggage to the room was great. It was quiet and very dog friendly with a nice grass area.

  Worked for us

  We travel with a Golden retriever. With that said the room was just big enough, queen and the pet area was small. I walked my girl to the end of a near by neighborhood and that helped move things along.
  The room was clean. Convenient to the outside. Staff was sweet and helpful. There us a Waffle house within walking distance. I'd stay there again, as we were just needing the accommodations for 1 night.

  Low Budget Will Tell

  We saved some cash staying here (it was only $74, and no pet fee) but there is more to traveling than saving money. The mattresses were soft, and there were few towels—two washcloths, a hand towel, and two bath towels. The staff was pleasant, and most likely would have gotten more for us, but I feel those things should be in place. It was just old, and tired. As a quick overnight with your pup it’s fine, but for a restful, comfortable stay, you might want to spend a bit more.

  Pawsitive Experience!

  The woman at the front desk was so sweet and I love that they have no pet fee! The room was clean and the whole place smelled great. Quiet and a good night overall. Would recommend.

  Please don’t do it!!!!

  This has got to be the nastiest hotel we have literally ever stayed in. The ceiling in the bathroom is covered in mold. The shower has mold in it. When you sit on the bed, it’s like you are sitting on a wiggly cot. My husband lifted the mattress and there is no box spring and the mattress sits on a flat metal frame. The sheet on the bed has spots on it that look like blood! We had to pay an additional $100 deposit, for what, I have no earthly idea!!! We have stayed in Red Roof Inns, in other places, because of the no pet fee, and they have been nice and clean. (Our favorite is Grand Junction, Co. you might eat off of the floor). My husband and I were both in the Navy and we own our trucking business, so we have stayed in TONS of hotels since our teens, and this is hands down, the absolute worst!!!!

  Extra critters!

  Woke up to a baby tick crawling on me in my bed! Floors were so filthy when I wiped them with a Lysol wipe the wipe was black!
