Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, nice outdoor area for the dogs, decent room, comfy bed. Appreciated the microwave and fridge. Biggest cons: kind of a dumpy neighborhood and questionable clean surfaces. I went over doorknobs, switches, remote, surfaces woth my own rag and sanitizer and there was a lot of dirt. Not sure they really clean as well as they claim.

Checked in with no problem. Dog treats at the front and very friendly staff., only $15 for pet fee unlike other hotel that wanted to charge $150🙄😳. They put me close to the back door where the dog area is located., great large partially fenced in area! Great when you are flying out with your dog!

Pre-stained sheets, lampshade, chair. Nasty black mold/mildew in shower. Funky pong of cheap air freshener, possibly to mask the last time that the retro polyester bed coverlets were actually washed. For some reason, the two children on the other side of my connecting door were partying until midnight . Overpriced for what you get especially since you also pay $15/pet. I’m sure they’re spending that at the water park since it’s obviously not going into renovations. Only positive was the large, lit backyard for doggie poos. The front desk signed me up for the Best Western rewards plan without asking me. Don’t see myself partaking.
