The bed was okay. There was a crack under our door that you could see daylight out of. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the room itself. The customer service was nonexistent. There was an issue with the Direct TV and I called the front desk to report it, no one came. I called back and was told it would be about 5:30pm (an hour and a half) no one came. I finally disconnected all the cables to the cable box and it started working. We will not stay here again.
