Everything on the hotel side has been great with friendly staff, easy check-in, one of the cleanest rooms I've had since bringing my blacklight flashlight starting years ago. The bone off is not the hotel's fault but just irresponsible dog owners not picking up after their pets. The hotel even provides clearly visible bags and disposal stations. Come on people! Do better!

LOCATION: good - just off I-10
PARKING: meh - needs more space and a cleaner lot
ELEVATORS: reeked of pot (yes, every elevator)
ROOMS: ceiling was cracked, must have had a leak, bathroom floor had hair on it (previous guest), shower didn’t drain, dried cereal stuck to the counter by the sink.
BEDS: comfortable at first, but when you roll over, you’ll probably get a spring in your side
STAFF AT CHECK IN: polite
STAFF AT CHECK OUT: unsure - no one came to the front desk
BREAKFAST: don’t know - didn’t give it a chance - wanted to put miles between this motel and ourselves! - MarthaJul 6, 2021No. Bad dog
Rooms weren’t cleaned until a bit after 4 PM. Man at the front desk was quite pleasant, and from then, it went downhill. Television didn’t work... room was tiny and disgusting. I’ve enclosed photos to show just how bad it was. The photos the hotel posted must be at least ten years old. This property is becoming dilapidated. We’ve stayed before at the nearby Home2Suites, and will if given a choice in future; both are dog friendly and the other property is far better. We won’t be back.

We had a nice overnight stay. The room was clean but the AC would only go down to 65 so we got a little warm at night.
