Apartment by the Seaside in Gargano Near Piana di Mattinata
If you are interested in spending a holiday period in a new and very nice house, a few meters from the beach and the sea, immersed in the typical Mediterranean landscape, this is the right solution for you.
The house is available all year round.
In Mattinata, Gargano, we rent a beautiful 28 sqm TWO-ROOM APARTMENT recently renovated, located on a land bordering the beach.
You can reach the sea comfortably on foot in a FEW seconds.
It takes almost longer to write it than to do it.
The BEACH of Mattinata is made up of medium-small gravel.
The two-room apartment was recently renovated, the furniture is in fact brand new as well as new are all systems and fixtures, equipped with double glazing and mosquito nets.
It also has air conditioning.
The ideal capacity is 2 people but in the hallway there is also a sofa bed that can provide additional temporary accommodation for a maximum of another person, preferably a child.
It is therefore the ideal solution for a couple or a couple with a child.
Internally it is organized as follows: entrance with kitchen, hallway and dining room, bedroom, a spacious and comfortable bathroom.
In addition to the internal spaces you will have large outdoor spaces and a covered veranda for exclusive use below which you can enjoy your meals in peace.
The parking space is outdoors and is immediately adjacent to the house.
Natural habitat: the typical greenery of the Mediterranean scrub (olive, citrus, etc.), caressed by the sea breeze and the scent of the sea.

- HOUSE (35 sq m + covered outdoor veranda + internal outdoor area + private terrace) able to accommodate 2 people and also wanting a child.
In Mattinata village instead we have the following house:
- APARTMENT of about 55 square meters a few steps from the center with dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 people.
In the months of May, June, July, August and September the minimum stay period that we require is 1 week (in these months arrivals and departures take place on SATURDAY).
In the remaining periods of the year it is possible to take the house even for shorter periods, arriving and departing on the day you prefer.
PRICES are indicated in the "TARIFFS SECTION" of the announcement. Simply enter the arrival and departure dates and you can view them. The prices already include all consumption (air conditioning, electricity, gas, water), with the exception of the cleaning costs (€ 30) to be added to the rental cost.

Near the house there is both a public and private beach.
We also manage a BATHING FACILITY operating from mid / late May to mid September so if you are interested and if you book in advance, you can also have the opportunity to use the bathing facilities (1 umbrella and 2 beds) at discounted prices depending on the period:

(starting from when the plant is assembled)
JUNE: € 50 per week
(35% discount on the list price of the month)
JULY: 70 € per week
(35% discount on the list price of the month)
AUGUST: € 100 per week
(25% discount on the list price of the month)
SEPTEMBER: € 50 per week
(as long as the plant is operational. 35% discount on the list price of the month)
