Rooms were pretty run down and needed repairs. Staff was not very helpful. Nice area for pets outside. Ok for quick overnight but probably would not stay there again

Unable to check-in due to key failure. Management was unable to give us a key to open the door to the room, so we never stayed. I give it 2 bones because they credited me for the room reservation; otherwise it would have been 1 bone.

Don’t waste your money! Our room smelled like urine/spray REALLY bad. The AC was loud & on its last legs. Breakfast choices waffles or yogurt.

We were well satisfied with our stay. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Our 2 little dogs enjoyed it. The breakfast was rather skimpy, so we ordered out from right next door. Hotel was quiet and location was great. All in all a good stay for us and our pups. Would definitely stay again.

The worst smelling room I've ever stayed in. Musty moldy mildew smell. Roaches in room. No breakfast. Got in late from a long drive or I would have left.

The hallway smelled awful, probably mold. The toilet wobbled. The “disability accessibility” is a joke, just providing a shower chair should not qualify for that term. The carpet was worn out and disgusting. Not the typical LaQuinta. Don’t stay here, not worth the cost.

If we had not been tired from driving all day, we would have asked for our money back and kept driving. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the carpet and tub were dirty. This La Quinta needs help!

We stayed here traveling across I-20. We were charged $10/night for our dog (which is unusual for La Quintal). The registration staff did give us a few small milkbones which was nice. There is green space in the front to walk the dog, but no poop bag stand or special collection for full poop bags. The hotel is dated, but seemed clean.

Common areas not very clean. Breakfast area not ready at 6:00 AM - lights not on, waffle irons not on, waffle batter not thick enough. No hot water for shower at 5:30 AM.

We always stay at LaQuinta Hotels when we travel with our pets and for the most part have had really good experience. However, this hotel was the exception. Our room was horrible. The carpet was stained and smelled like urine. We didn’t even put anything on the floor or take a shower for fear of catching something. If it weren’t for the fact that we had been driving all day I would have got my money back and left but was too to tired to look for another hotel at 10:00 pm. Staff was great but the hotel is not worth the $80 we paid. It needs new everything.....and you don’t get much sleep for fear of what might get on you. Please pass this one by! You have been warned.

Nice stay... the room was clean. Beds, linens and pillows were comfy. Nice big green space to walk the pups. Continental breakfast - cereal, bagels, hard boil eggs, waffles. Tip: the building is a rectangle, on both ends of the building there are doors to the outside. Be sure to request a room away from those doors. When people enter and exit, the door slams which caused my pups to bark.
