Was charged $33 pet fee bc we had to take a non pet fee room bc they have no smoking pet rooms. The employees were rude, unpleasant, and treated us very rudely. Terrible experience!
The rooms we paid for and reserved in advance were not available when we arrived. One of the individuals is handicapped and had to climb 17 stairs even though we called and were assured both rooms would be on ground floor . Yogurt wA ok for breakfast, rooms not that clean.
The room I reserved and was confirmed was changed hours before my arrival. As it was too late to make other arrangements, we went with it. Through no fault of the gentleman at the front desk, we were not compensated at all for the change (2 twin beds vs. the king we reserved). Comfort Inn would not even waive the pet fee. Did not feel like the motel cared at all. Room was ok, location fine. Breakfast was dismal.

Dog friendly, clean rooms, nice staff, grassy area to walk pet, plenty hot water, plenty towels, room was clean, bed comfortable, area good… we will be back when we travel back to Flordia.
