Room was otherwise comfortable, except that the first night the heat did not work. It was in the 40’s outside, so our room was very cold. Next day they tried to tell us it worked. I asked to waive the pet fee for that night for the inconvenience and they refused ( management).
Could have been easily remedied with an apology or acknowledgement that we were uncomfortable. No concern from management. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

The room I reserved and was confirmed was changed hours before my arrival. As it was too late to make other arrangements, we went with it. Through no fault of the gentleman at the front desk, we were not compensated at all for the change (2 twin beds vs. the king we reserved). Comfort Inn would not even waive the pet fee. Did not feel like the motel cared at all. Room was ok, location fine. Breakfast was dismal.

If I could give 10 bones, I would!! Excellent accommodations from an early check in to an easy check out. Great location, clean and comfortable room and great customer service. Breakfast was above and beyond my expectations with everything you could want and an extremely friendly and happy breakfast employee. Would stay again and highly recommend!!

Had to change rooms right off because our door would only lock from outside. Desk clerk was quick but actually asked if we needed to change rooms. The carpet was filthy and the bed was not comfortable. Also tv only actually had about 6 working channels. Plus side, we went out to breakfast ( no coffee maker or fridge or microwave) and we were able to get a late check out.

Dirty floors, and lumpy bed. Otherwise it was just fine for one night. Front desk was friendly.

Room was beautiful and bed was great. Parking was a little difficult as there was an event that night. No one we talked to knew about any food delivery at night and when we tried room service it was a total mess. First person was rude and uninformed and then a call back to inform us they were out of our order anyway. Valet was super attentive and friendly, though.

Clean. Terrible breakfast. I would not call it breakfast at all. The front desk was manned by a nice gentleman. The hotel was difficult to find.

The outside looks questionable, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was greeted at the desk. Very friendly, efficient and informative young woman checked me in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but on par with most higher end hotel continental breakfasts. And to top it off, the location was convenient and felt very safe.

Super clean and friendly staff. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Clean room and very friendly front desk. Breakfast was ok, but no protein only bread products and yogurt.

Room was clean and simple. But the customer service at the front desk was on point. Breakfast was just ok.
