A well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a solid continental breakfast. Close to Buttermilk Falls where you can join several trails for hikes. Downtown Ithaca and Cornell are close by and easily reachable by car. Would stay here again.

Rather quiet location and a very nice hotel with a good amount of items on the breakfast. Did put us in a second floor room, so had to go main stairs or elevator to go outside. Also, put us next to another dog family and other dog not as relaxed as mine and therefore, mine did not relax.

This place is not at all what the posted pictures look like. It’s dark and run down. Had my payment been refundable, I would have canceled and went somewhere else. The staff was extremely rude upon arrival. As soon as they saw my dog when we walked in the door, the front desk worker was yelling “that dog is not allowed.” My dog was clearly within the weight limit and they should have known I reserved a Fido room. We had to wait 40 minutes to check in as they weren’t ready for the turnover. As I said the room could use a deep cleaning and updating. They bathroom sink and tub both have a very slow drain. I didn’t partake in the breakfast because of the uncleanliness of the place.

If you are visiting Ithaca College it’s the best location. Easy access to the college, downtown, and waterfalls. The room was very large and comfortable. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

I took my dog for a night in Ithaca so we could do some hiking, and the accommodations at the hotel were wonderful. We got a suite on the ground floor, with plenty of space for walking around outside and a designated spot for her to explore and relieve herself. The hotel is less than 10 minutes to great hiking spots like Buttermilk Falls and every staff member who we came in contact with was super friendly to both of us. We will be back!

Room was otherwise comfortable, except that the first night the heat did not work. It was in the 40’s outside, so our room was very cold. Next day they tried to tell us it worked. I asked to waive the pet fee for that night for the inconvenience and they refused ( management).

Very easy check in and out, friendly staff. Everything seemed clean and social distancing measures in place. Plenty of space in the queen suite for the dog and a quiet grass area away from the road to take her outside. The room had some damage from previous dogs but nothing that was a problem.

Super comfortable hotel for family and our pup! Didn't want to leave our 4 legged family member at home when touring colleges in Ithaca. Ithaca is a very dog friendly town!
