The check-in was easy and the front desk was very friendly.

Room had a not so pleasant smell, but it was clean and in good condition. Another issue was with the other guests. Screaming kids, parents screaming at kids, trash left overnight in hallway, no one picks up after their dog. It was first hotel overnight with our dog and we didn't want to spend a lot for our trial run. He did great but was nervous due to the abundance of loud noises. Unless you are desperate or on a super tight budget I would recommend going somewhere else.

I know it’s hit and miss for Red Roof Inn, but this one is a great one. We didn’t have to sacrifice a clean hotel just to keep our dog with us.

Room reaked of cigarettes, they offered us another room, it wreaked of cigarettes. They finally gave us a room on the second floor. I have a handicapoed son and this was very difficult to get him around. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Again. They only want people with pets to stay on the first floor. The rooms and the noise are smelly. I had to insist on the second floor. Room was better. But all the moving around was exhausting.

This was a good option for us on our trip West. The location afforded us food options as well as coffee places. The facility was acceptable, though the hallways did not appear clean or maintained. It was a huge facility, and yet, it worked well for someone with a dog to stay for one night.

Clean. Terrible breakfast. I would not call it breakfast at all. The front desk was manned by a nice gentleman. The hotel was difficult to find.
