Parking lot full of junkies (don’t make you feel unsafe but do make you wish you weren’t there), but one of the only options for dogs in Bozeman. Overpriced but only option.

Best place yet we have stayed in during trip west. Sparklingly clean, staff wonderful. Got this place at midnight after Yellowstone North entrance closed and had to do 4 hr detour in attempt to get to Gardiner, MT, DID NOT! Would definitely stay here again. Great 34 acre fenced dog park very close, met many dogs and people there, our Moses had a wonderful time.

The hotel was clean, the staff nice and there is a large grassy area, but the walls are very thin and it was very noisy. We have been on a 14 day road trip and this was the noisiest hotel we’ve stayed at. Our dog usually doesn’t bark in a hotel, but here he was agitated because of all the noise.

We stayed at the Microtel on our cross-country roadtrip. Previously, our pup adjusted well to the hotels on the trip as they weren't in heavy-use areas of the hotel. While Microtel staff was friendly, they placed us in a room directly across from the hotel's back-entrance. Further, the headboard space above the bed was a dark mirror. Our 11-month old puppy continually thought intruders were coming into our room, barking every time someone entered and exited the back door.
Further, while other dog-friendly hotels on our roadtrip provided waste baskets outside, there were no trash cans to be found outside the hotel.
Overall, the hotel seems like a good place for families to stay. The room was comfortable (outside of a stained towel) but it was not suited to staying with a dog. Next visit in Bozeman, we'll be staying at a La Quinta.
