Great price, staff friendly, pet area large (just wish others would clean up after their dogs), room comfortable, clean and spacious. Maybe needs a bit of updating but not a big issue. Breakfast decent and Bear was happy with this location.

Hotel located in highly commercial area between McDonalds and a quick lube, behind a lumber milling facility, and across street from car dealership. Not killer issues but photos suggest otherwise. Just like they suggest nice pool and hot tub which were closed “temporarily” although from looks of things out of commission for quite some time. Only one of three ice makers working. Breakfast weak compared to say, a Hampton Inn. Toaster but not bread, muffins or bagels. Room needs update along with common areas. Common areas needed good vacuuming. No soap in dispenser in shower. Positives - clean bedding and linens. Great refrigerator in room. Pleasant staff. Great water pressure so fine shower (but see soap note). Very large and well-cared for area for pups. Overall, not a good representation of the overall quality of the property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the facility is run down. Broken door locks and broken air conditioning. We had to leave the window open on ground floor and listen to all the train whistles every hour.

Very welcoming and patient with road weary people and dog. Generous green area for dog running. Clean and well managed. Great place.

We arrived early evening after a long drive and the gal at the front desk was very pleasant and made sure we had a room away from as much noise as possible. She also directed us to their dog specific area complete with convenient doggy doodle bags & a trash can. The area wasn't doodle free but pretty close so assume they also clean the area after dog owners who don't clean up. When we went out for an evening walk she came out from behind the desk and greeted our two small dogs & loved on them. Was nice to be treated in such a friendly & welcoming way.
