I must say the receptionist was doing all she could as the only person working on a very busy Saturday night but the hotel was unclean, and no smoke detector in the room. The overbooked and gave us a room that needed repair including the lock to enter the room. I also noticed we were charged double of other guests that were booked. Only chose 1 bone because there was no other option. Our other bookings thru BringFido turned out very well.

Person at check in desk was afraid of dogs. 1st floor windows were at parking lot level. Old, dirty carpets. Was afraid to sleep with bed spread. Would not recommend.

Picked this hotel because we have 3 pups. Room was okay. Smelled like smoke, and was not very clean.

The rooms, lobby and hallways were not that clean. There is a good walking area for your dogs across the street by the golf course.
