There was mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. When we walked into our room, it was a mess; not cleaned up from previous patron, so we waited for a different room. The dog area was a small patch of grass! Continental breakfast was cereal.

Great location. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was wonderful. You also get nice gifts for the dogs.

Nothing positive to report. The general attitude in Yellowstone is that people will come regardless of poor or mediocre service.

Maggie was very pleased with the lodge. The front desk was prepared and efficient, a happy circumstance compared to the standard hotels we’ve been in. Very nice, clean, comfortable room. Refrigerator, microwave, convenient to shops and restaurants (highly recommend Pete’s Pizza 1/2 mile away).

Comfortable room with a nice morning meal. Coffee makers in the room. Bathroom and main room were very clean. Could not give five stars because the outside door to the main hall was not locked or required card access. We were two doors from there and it was a little uncomfortable knowing that. Only other issue was that the handicap parking (2 spaces) were blocked by 2 large permanent trash containers. Other than that it was great.

Nice to have a ground floor room right near the door to the pet area. Bags and bin provided there and it was reasonably clean and grassy.

Clean room, good breakfast. Nice area to walk the dog. The night manager was not friendly.
