The cleanliness of the room was horrible! We found used Q tips on the floor, tons of dust every where and dirty fingerprints on the washer/dryer. We ended up not being charged the extra fee for pet after sending manager pics and multiple complaints.
There was a designated area for our fur baby to potty but no available bags to pick up waste. Thank God we remembered to bring our own. I have to agree with previous comments...thumbs down! - HowardDec 5, 2019Residences at Biltmore
Unit was deplorable- claimed they didn’t know we had dogs. Assigned us to fourth floor(430) totally inappropriate for dogs. We left a day early because it was so bad.
