The beds made loud noises when you moved around, on top of being very uncomfortable. The ice machine was broken and had to go to another building. The cold water, I really wanted to be freezing, and when I finished my son went to take his cold shower and said, "It's warm in here." LOL, We wanted to take ice cold showers because the AC was broken and would not blown much and it was supposedly set at 60. My dog was panting the entire time. Plus we were on the 4th floor. I would not go to this location again. Maybe splurge for a more expensive room than pay less than $90 per night. It was only for one night though. We ended up leaving at midnight as my son and I were not comfortable. We slept in the car rather than go back to that room again.

The hotel is a bit old and tired, but clean and they were very nice about a very big dog.

We had a nice updated and clean room. It always puzzles me when you book through BringFido and get a room on an upper floor. More search/filter options could maybe help this. The hotel itself was fine for the night. Receptionist was somewhat unfriendly, at least not helpful, but check in and check out was done smoothly. No breakfast offered, just coffee. Ok to stay for a night, not a great value overall though.
