      Terrible property

      Nothing works on this property. I changed rooms twice due to AC not working. I finally left early because experience was so terrible.

      Not up to Sheraton standards

      Fine for the pooch, but I expect more from Sheraton. This hotel is tired and needs a renovation. The lobby is nice, but devices were fair at best—partly due to the pandemic, I suspect. Didn’t have the staff to deliver according to the Sheraton tradition.
