    Great location with plenty of walking areas

    Hotel was old and tired. My room didn’t even have a chair in it of any kind. I had to call for a blow dryer as it had been removed from the wall.

    Great stay

    We loved this hotel. It was close to the event we were attending. It was clean and everyone was nice. Sad they didn’t have the breakfast, but I believe that was due to COVID.

    Good location for a dog

    Sadly, the hotel isn't really fit for human use but they're trying. The hotel has a large task in front of them to get standards up to where they should be. Good luck!

    Great stay

    Very clean room, nonsmoking hotel. Little things made it much easier for my 2 mid-size dogs: carpeted stairs so dogs did not have to take elevator, access to ice machine for cold water, near a business park so easy to take walks out of traffic. Staff also friendly. Definitely stay there again.

    Dirty, lacks amenities

    Had to change rooms. Although this hotel states 100% tobacco free, room smelled like an ashtray. Advertised breakfast, but none to be found. Not a very good value for the price.

    Awesome facility and safe staff

    Everyone was masked and very friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

    Good location, some cleaning issues

    All in all really nice hotel with nice staff. It’s the pandemic so cutting some slack but there were some cleanliness issues.

    Not Horrible

    Location was convenient near the freeway. There are also some green spaces around the hotel and bag/waste dispensers. For those reasons, I gave it 3 stars. Everything about the interior of the hotel room was bad. It smelled like a cigarette ashtray. Interior doors within my hotel room were off the hinges. The toilet wouldn’t stop running water. Stained carpet. Check in staff were rude but my check out person was very friendly.

    Good experience

    We needed a pet-friendly hotel for a couple of days while the power was being restored to our house following a tree falling and taking down our electrical service. This was a good choice. The room was clean and comfortable and the front-desk staff very friendly. The only problem -- not the fault of the hotel -- was that our room was on the fourth floor and it turns out our still-puppyish dog hadn't learned to handle either stairs or elevators. Both of them terrified her! Somehow we managed to get her up and down, though, whenever we needed to take her out. Other than that, it would have been a relaxing "vacation" for us, or as much as it might have been under the circumstances.

    The location for my purposes was great, the first two days of my stay were great; it wasn’t until the last morning when Autumn at the front desk was rude. Luckily, she was there only that day; if she was working the previous two days the rating would more than likely be zero as all the other receptionists and staff were a delight the entire stay.

    Nice Hotel

    Stayed for 1 night while traveling nice room and my dog Maya liked the bed. As of January 1st I was told all La Quintas now charge a $20 pet fee. Before there was no fee so just make sure you ask when making your reservation. A extra $20 was ok for me to get a nice clean room. And the employees at this La Quinta, especially the front desk staff are very friendly.
