    Never Stay Here Again

    Front Desk tried to charge us $50 for the pet fee, even though the sign in the front desk window and on our confirmation said $25. It took almost 30 minutes for them to agree and give us keys. The manager never came out of the office. The pool was closed but there is no note on the website or when booking. We never found any grassy areas but instead found needles and other paraphernalia at the back door. It was loud all night long with people coming and going. There is a bar restaurant adjacent to the hotel which was packed on a Friday night, which also limited parking. The hotel is old and dingy and the rooms smelled terrible. Not a good experience at all and I would never stay here again. The price you pay is absolutely not worth for what you get. The pics are very misleading.

    Clean and easy access

    Clean and quiet rooms. Plenty of dog walking space.

    Due to a terrible experience at another local hotel, we were left stranded in Greensboro at 7:30 at night. We called this Wyndham hotel where they assured we could bring our dog for only a $20 fee and a $50 hold. We booked and went straight over. Our room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. It is currently doing renovations. So, the main elevator didn’t work like a previous reviewer had stated. Overall, for a one night stay it was just right.

    Great staff

    The hotel was a little run down but the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean though no towel racks in the bathroom. The pub attached to the hotel had very good food and an outside patio to sit with our dog and eat and drink.

    Traveled around the Holidays

    The elevator was down, and the hotel was outdated. The room was clean but the carpeted areas and walls need updating.
