This hotel overlooks an interstate and is surrounded by other hotels and big box stores. The main tourist sites and fun restaurants are downtown, 15 min away, which is especially annoying with a dog. The hotel is a boring box—isn’t Hyatt supposed to be nicer than Hampton Inns? Not here. The hotel is in the midst of a remodel. Unclear if it will make a difference. On the positive side, the staff were very nice and welcoming to us and our dog.

Super friendly staff and easy location with restaurants and Starbucks nearby (very short drive). Room was good, couch (plastic fabric) was tired and stained but when I called they apologized and said it was due to be replaced shortly. Clean and perfect for what we needed.

Our dogs were treated well but when we arrived they had put us on a high floor and were unaware that we were bringing dogs. I thought that was strange since we booked through Bring Fido. When we booked the description said 2 dogs of any size with pet fee. When we got there it specified small dogs. Fortunately, they let us stay.
