    A hotel in transition

    Hmm, this place left a lot to be desired. The TV did not work, there was no carafe with the coffee maker and the breakfast was practically non-existent. Milk was Coffeemate -- even for cereal. Waffle maker but no waffles. Seemed pretty desolate and no one very happy to be there. They are "remodeling". Let's hope that changes things.

    Good price, no pet fee

    We checked into our first room and the tv didn’t work, room 106. The front desk attendant came to the room to fix it and couldn’t get it to work either, so moved us to room 111. The room was spacious and looked as clean as possible, but outdated and musty. The room was fine for the few hours we were there, but we likely would not stay here again. The hotel management or owners don't seem to give much care to maintenance and upkeep. The ‘market’ was only 10% full of product and the door access was not working where you take your dog out. Close to many restaurants, etc.

    Awesome stay

    We ended up staying here last minute because we had a terrible experience at another hotel. The guy that checked us in was great and so friendly! The room was clean and there was plenty of space for our doggos!

    We are traveling cross country during the pandemic to be with family and desperately needed a pit stop with our kids and dog. The reviews to this hotel lead us here because they touted the cleanliness and service, both of which where missing during our visit. The room was filthy begging the question on how they are cleaning during this outbreak. It is disturbing to me that people equate dog ownership with filth.
    The area of this hotel was a little suspect as well. Other guests where loud and blatantly didn’t seem to care about noise especially at 2 and 3 am.

    Room Upgrade!!!

    We originally booked a king suite room with a sofa bed. When we arrived, the person at the front desk advised us that due to a maintenance issue, they overbooked the suites but they would replace our room with 2 adjoining rooms at no extra cost! Our son ended up with his own room (instead of sleeping on the sofa bed!) and our fur babies ended up with alot more room to roam around too!! No complaints!!

    Fantastic Stay

    This is the first time I have ever written a BringFido review. La Quinta in Greensboro is the best affordable pet-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. Place is immaculate, bed linens, towels and pillows were fresh, lovely courtyard for my pooch, and AC worked properly. Front desk staff were polite, knowledgeable, and more than ready to answer questions or provide assistance.

    Great Experience

    First time taking our 10 month old puppy to a hotel and this was a great experience. I like that they allow big dogs and don't charge an additional pet fee. I like the fact that all La Quintas are pet friendly. They put the pet parents on the first floor so we don't have to take our dogs in an elevator. This La Quinta is a good location in Greensboro NC. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great Experience, would stay here and at other La Quinta Hotels in the future.
