Arrived after an exhausting few days with little sleep. Was there less than an hour when one of our dogs barked a couple of times. The next thing I knew, we were being threatened with a call to the police. So even though we had paid for 3 nights, we had to leave at 4am and go sleep on the floor of an empty house. They refunded the other nights, but refused to refund the first night because we had been there "over an hour" (which wasn't true). I was flabbergasted and will never stay at a Microtel again.
