We stayed two nights , the phone didnt work, told them an said they wld replace it,never did, didnt freshen up room at all for two days we were there, room was musty, pool was green,loved Mt. Airy tho

Comforter with cigarette holes. Dog hair all through the bed...was obviously remaid. The room was disgusting. Bugs in the bathtub and room. I have stayed numerous times at this property and it has never been that bad. Will never stay again, and will write letters to upper management.

The non smoking room had an overwhelming smell of smoke.

The room was dirty and the top comforter had paw prints. The bathroom was also dirty and there was no toilet paper and one towel. Reception was non caring. The only reason for giving this one bone was the location.

This hotel's pet-friendly rooms are around the back. The rooms for long-term stays are also in the same area. There were so many long-term "residents" coming and going at all hours of the day and night, our pups were constantly "on alert" and none of us got any rest. The facility condition and furnishings are very worn.
