Suburban Studios welcomes two pets up to 50 lbs for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night up to the first 6 nights, and $10 per pet, per night thereafter. Larger pets considered with prior approval from the hotel. Both dogs and cats are allowed. There are grassy areas on the property for pet use. We had booked a king bed room, but it was changed to what we were told would be a two queen room. The room was a two full room. The front desk clerk was VERY helpful in locating another room at a nearby Extended Stay in Durham (since this facility was booked full) and they comped us for two nights! This facility is obviously an older one, so it is showing its age. The one in Durham is nicer. And all Extended Stays are pet friendly.
