      Safety Concern

      Room itself was fine, clean but accidentally booked a smoking room. Requested change to non smoking room & desk person would not permit even though clearly rooms were open. Fence outside had razor wire & upon arrival there was an unfortunate person walking & yelling on the street in front of hotel, ill or high. Never again.
