It is only a few steps to the private bathing beach with lawn and bathing jetties. It is tastefully decorated and is mainly used by the owner himself. It has a large living room, a bedroom with a 2x2m double bed and fitted wardrobes, a dining room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and. WC, as well as a hallway with shoe cupboards and wardrobe. A garage for a normal car is available. The last renovation took place in 2019. It is suitable for an occupancy of 4 people.
