I stayed here twice during a long back and forth home for the holidays, one night each day. It was clean and comfortable and they were very welcoming and accommodating for my two bigger dogs, which can be a challenge to find accommodations for on the road (due to number and size limits). Also very convenient off the interstate, as well as fairly quiet. I hope to one day stay again!

Granted it was a pet room, but it smelled like a smoking room with pet smells, covered up by air freshener. Hallway carpets stained with prior pet accidents. Ick.

I would definitely stay again. Everyone from checkin to any worker in the hotel were very kind and welcoming. I would have given 5 but the tv remote had something on it. Looked like a milkshake or ice cream. Everything seemed very clean and well taken care of.

This was inexpensive but the room itself felt a bit dingy and worn out, although it was clean. But the price was good and the staff warmly welcomed both me and my pet. There is a large patch of weed overtaken grass out front where you can walk your pet.

Location was great. When outside in the large pet area, you can hear highway traffic, but couldn’t hear a thing when inside the room. Very clean, nice hot breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Worked in a pinch for a last minute overnight stay. Hot water was not working so that made for a chilly surprise. Breakfast was good and the rooms seemed clean! Descent sized pet area to let your pup potty and stretch their legs. Pets are pretty much only allowed in your designated pet room so make sure to bring a crate or have an extra person to watch them when going to breakfast, work out, etc.

Older hotel in need of updating and repair. Our room smelled like dog. We only stayed for 2 nights and were gone a lot, so we put up with it and purchased air freshener to try to diminish the lingering smell. The hair dryer was disgusting. It was caked with dust and grime from not being cleaned for a LONG time. We won’t be returning.

We stayed at the Statesville Comfort Inn while travelling two weeks ago and because of the positive experience we stayed there again. Staff were very helpful, facilities were well maintained and all were compliant with Masks and distancing.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, first visit was great, nice room, friendly staff. No other way to describe this room but a dump. Door has a space, you can see around the frame. Stains on bedding and sofa. No cups for coffee. Not enough light. Fee for our dog was $30.00 plus tax, higher than the last time. Due to COVID no hot breakfast, but other items will be offered, will see in the morning. Really disappointed with the lower quality of this hotel. Staff at desk was very friendly, best part so far.

I was disappointed with my stay. The front desk didn’t know I had a pet and put us on the second floor in the farthest room possible which made it really difficult. I’m not sure what the extra $30 pet fee was for except to allow her to stay. There was a nice large area for pets but other than that I was not impressed.
