Got into the room and it smelled like urine and the sheets were dirty. The AC also was not blowing cold air. We set it to 64 and left it for about an hour and it did not change. We asked to switch rooms and they said there were no rooms available to switch to. The next morning, the front desk lady was extremely rude and obnoxious. We were told the previous night our pet fee was taken care of and she came knocking on our door THREE times to yell at us to come pay our pet fee AGAIN when our credit card was already charged an extra amount. So to avoid arguing further with this dragon lady, we were going to pay again and she told us it was $20. On BringFido, it said the fee was $10. She sat there and argued with us and told us we were wrong and needed to pay. We gave her $10 and showed her the bill and she refused to look at it. I asked for her manager and she refused to tell me who the manager was and she walked away. Save your money and go somewhere else

Hallway smells like marijuana, room was freezing. I think they turned on the little wall unit when we checked in, and it sounds like a jet taking off. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to concerned. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! I gave it one bone because it wouldn’t let me do zero!!

We made a quick trip to Fargo to move our son. We got to our room at about 10:00 at night and left at 7:30 in the morning. The bed was comfortable and we were next to the back door so it was was easy to bring my dog out for a walk in the middle of the night. The only thing that was a disappointment was there was no coffee.
