Grounds and hotel are old, worn, and junked up. Room not clean, bedding looked slept in.

The TV didn’t work properly: only one channel worked and it could not be changed from that channel. The desk clerk tried to replace the TV, but the replacement TV had the same problem. She said she would stop by later with a new cable box, but she did not. The phone also did not work.

This place is sadly in need of repair and maintenance, especially in the handicap wing where they put us, presumably to offer easier ground-floor access for our elderly Malamute. Low price, good night sleep, but very neglected facility.

The flooring was a nice linoleum and pet friendly. The bathroom had one bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap that he ad been used numerous times and had a hair on it. The coffee was HORRIBLE!! I’ve had bad coffee and military coffee before; but I almost spit this coffee out.
The room keys work as long as you stand on one foot, with your eyes squinted and head cocked to the side with your mouth held just right.

This was an awesome room with an even better price!! It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The dogs slept like they were home in bed! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this room!!

Moving across America with a dog and a trailer has been special. But luckily this hotel was great for it. There was plenty of grass in the back for him to run around on, and not close enough to any busy streets to cause concern (my dog is not a runner though). The human issues were that, while I believe it is due to the renovation, there was no kick plate for the door and about a 2” gap between the door and the floor. We ended up shoving towels in it to block the light and prevent my pup from staying by it watching for shadows to bark at
