    Pretty Good!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Downsides: Dog walking area is kinda small.

    Great stay

Hotel is clean and easy to find. They had a grassy area for our pup and kept us on the first floor. Nice selection of breakfast items - both hot and cold.

    Wonderful experience

First road trip with our dog so didn’t know what to expect for hotel accommodations. Was so impressed with cleanliness of room and lobby. Nice bedding, towels and bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was good. There was a nice walking area for Fido. Easy on and off Hwy I-80. Staff was very friendly. Will be staying again when in area.

Of the 4 places we stayed during our trip, this was the nicest. The room was clean and the entire place was very nice.

    Good Spot for the Night

We did a full day of driving, and stopped at this hotel based on the reviews. Our king room was very spacious, it was pretty quiet too. It was clean enough for my standards (which are pretty high!). The breakfast options need some help…the hot water was cold, but I think that was left over from the night before. Hallways needed vacuuming, but with all of the labor shortages, I can overlook that. I think it’s a great place for an overnight stay, bed was comfortable and I slept well.

    Clean and comfortable!

My dog was stressed from the trip when we got here and she immediately felt much better when we got to the room. Ate, drank and went to sleep! We loved it, too. Friendly staff. Friendly locals. Very clean, modern, lovely citrus soaps and QUIET! I slept very, very well. Lots of good TV cable channels. I brought my own pillow, so not sure what their pillows are like. Decent coffee. Free breakfast. I didn't see the pool because I was passed out sleeping, but they have one. Hot tip: if you want to pick up beer and wine, etc. The have it at the area gas stations.

    Just okay

Added dog fee and only one bed. Elevator not clean but room adequate. Food wiped out by kids in breakfast bar and terrible coffee pot in room. Price was almost $300 a night because of kids baseball! Definitely NOT worth it!!

    Room sanitizing

The door was not sealed with the sanitizing sticker so I’m not sure if sanitizing protocols were followed.

    Perfectly Happy

Emily at BringFido helped us select this Best Western while we were on the road. Of course we want a location that accepts pets, but we’re really looking for a clean, comfortable room for ourselves and this was it. We were given a room on the first floor which was very convenient and we were able to walk our dog nearby. Breakfast to go the next day and we were on our way. We would definitely recommend this hotel 🏨 and would stay here again.

    Terrible experience

Dirty, had to move rooms twice in one night due to AC unit not working and then the air unit in the second room started making a LOUD concerning noise. No maintenance on staff due to Covid they said. Sheets had stains, place was dirty. Wallpaper coming off walls, stains on ceilings, ceiling tiles falling off. Chlorine smell on first floor very overpowering even inside my room. Will never stay here again. Save your money.

    Designated Pet Floor!!!

Great place to stay!! No pet fee!!! Clean rooms and lots of grassy areas for the pups. They have a floor specifically for folks traveling with pets-so fido can go into other family’s rooms with no issues. Staff is super friendly as well.

    Large green space

Large green space for pup to play across the street. Rooms have carpet and I had to stay on the 5th floor and take the elevator with a puppy - not the best.

    Good hotel

It was a nice hotel, but you couldn't leave dogs unattended in rooms. The whole reason we booked the hotel was so our dog could stay their in his kennel while we left the room.

Nice Hotel Good For Dogs And Kids

Stopped here for one night on cross country trip. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic, very warm pool which is great for kids. Slides and float platforms. Shallow 3 feet the deepest but quite large. I used hot tub and the pool. Breakfast had variety. Only downside is must cross the street to get to place for dog to do business and walk.

    Awesome for dogs

We love this hotel. I personally don’t like the square feather pillows or the down alternative quit (too hot), so I bring my own. The beds are comfortable and there’s a good breakfast.

    Perfect cross country pit stop

This Best Western is the perfect halfway point stop for us. I’ve stayed at this BW multiple times and as it’s conveniently located near a variety of services and the highway. We always have felt welcome here and my dogs have plenty of areas to walk to stretch their legs and do their business at and around the property. Staff have all been wonderful at answering my questions and addressing any of my concerns and needs. Keep up the good work!

Very nice staff, good for one-night pit stop

My husband and I traveled from California to Rhode Island and back this summer with our two dogs (80 pounds and 40 pounds), spending five nights total in hotels. This hotel was welcoming to pets, including big dogs, and we saw several other guests with dogs. They even gave us some dog treats when we checked in. There was a decent size grassy lawn area at the back for pet relief, although it had some trash around. There is a residential neighborhood across the street where we took the dogs for a decent walk in the morning – however you have to cross a busy street to get there and the drivers didn’t seem too familiar with pedestrians. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable, but smelled like it had once been designated for smokers but was converted to a pet room. They offered a complimentary evening reception with beer, wine and snacks, and a buffet breakfast in the morning. There seemed to be a lot of families with children while we were there, maybe due to the time of year (early August)? My biggest ding on this hotel is its location. The surrounding area is a bit run down, and there were no places to get a decent take out meal nearby – basically just fast-food restaurants. It was fine for a one-night pit stop.

Perfect for us & our feline!

Highly recommend!! Perfect for people and pets! Beautiful hotel and room. No extra charge for our kitty and we stayed five days on vacation. Well thought out spaces with so many nice features including shelves at the vanity, large night stands with full drawers, and other nooks and crannies you don't usually have in a hotel room. We felt like we had a place for everything including her food and litter box with room to spare. They kindly honored our "no maid please" sign to avoid traumatizing our kitty while we were out. The TV channels late in the evening were plenty, the bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the free breakfast was truly amazing! The largest selection I've ever seen and excellent tasting to boot. Anna and Roz went out of their way to help us with our table and food. We were both very impressed with this hotel! We will definitely be back to stay in the Fall. Thank you Best Western - Kelly for making our vacation a relaxing worry free experience for us and our furry friend.
