We loved our stay. We were greeted with friendly faces and were able to check in early. Desi got a dog biscuit upon arrival. They had a nice dog area outside and had it shoveled clear so that I could easily walk Desi. They had a wonderful free breakfast with biscuits and gravy, turkey sausage, egg omelettes, and many more options along with a variety of hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We totally enjoyed our stay. It was situated in a good location close to everything. We will definitely look there again.

Pets were welcome but not acknowledged. Room was mostly clean. Thick layer of dust on top of blow dryer. Likely still there even after our stay. Bed was hard. Pet rooms always have a less comfortable bed. Rug was dirty and left our white socks black. So we had to wear shoes the entire time. Stains inside the drawers of the side tables. Do not even want to know what was spilled. Staff very friendly to people though. Location was nice. Great pet bakery/store almost across the street. We always stop there for a special treat before we go home.

We were thrilled with our recent last minute, one night stay. They were able to accommodate us at 2:30pm with early check-in and we arrived with our 65 pound English Springer Spaniel in tow. There was a jar of bones upon arrival at the front desk and the front desk was very friendly to us and our dog throughout our stay. Very easy check-in process as well!

Had a standard king room which had plenty of room. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. We were put on the second floor near the staircase which worked out very well. the dog waste can was overflowing s if not emptied in weeks. The designated dog walk area was near the picnic table which would not be the place I want to have a picnic. Noise level in the hotel was extremely high especially from above. It sounded like a herd of elephants was running around above us for hours on end. Very disturbing for the pup. At one point my wife had to call the front desk to stop the banging. The guests probably did not know they were disturbing those below, the hotel was poorly insulated for noise. Overall the stay was okay, but, the noise level unacceptable. With so many choices in the area, probably would not stay there again.

They welcome my dog with enthusiasm. Very comfortable and clean room that didn't smell of other pets. Short walking path around the hotel to walk her as well.
