It was clean, very basic. The furniture was a bit beat up. It was freshly painted but no one bothered to clean the paint drops off the bathroom floor (lol). The room was very dog friendly; no carpeting just vinyl plank flooring, which looked newish. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. Worked perfectly for our needs for the night.
