I am going to stop using BringFido because every property I have reserved through their site has been awful, including this one. Despite the fact that Jessica from BringFido spoke to David at the hotel on 2/11 and confirmed with the hotel and me that I would have a first floor room, the hotel had me on the second floor. Had to fight that battle to get my first floor. Then I had to pay a $ 25.00 per dog fee for each of my 2 dogs for one night for extra "cleaning". The room was filthy. Carpet was so stained that I took pictures to prove it wasn't from my dogs. No drain plug for the tub so I couldn't take a bath and the front desk said basically tough, we are full and can't move you to another room and we have no drain plugs! There was an ice storm the day before I checked in and despite having 48 hours to clean up, the sidewalks and parking lot were a solid sheet of ice and dangerous to walk on. The hotel had only treated the 2' in front of the main door. Never again! Thanks for nothing BringFido.
Needed a place close to NYC for an overnight stay with our dog. The Extended Stay in Budd Lake fit the bill. Minor issues with one light not working and a problem with the keys, but the room was fine and it is a great location.
