Extended Stay America Suites Mt Olive Budd LakeI am going to stop using BringFido because every property I have reserved through their site has been awful, including this one. Despite the fact that Jessica from BringFido spoke to David at the hotel on 2/11 and confirmed with the hotel and me that I would have a first floor room, the hotel had me on the second floor. Had to fight that battle to get my first floor. Then I had to pay a $ 25.00 per dog fee for each of my 2 dogs for one night for extra "cleaning". The room was filthy. Carpet was so stained that I took pictures to prove it wasn't from my dogs. No drain plug for the tub so I couldn't take a bath and the front desk said basically tough, we are full and can't move you to another room and we have no drain plugs! There was an ice storm the day before I checked in and despite having 48 hours to clean up, the sidewalks and parking lot were a solid sheet of ice and dangerous to walk on. The hotel had only treated the 2' in front of the main door. Never again! Thanks for nothing BringFido.

HORRIBLE! WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO!
Days Inn by Wyndham TappahannockI travel to dog events at least 2X per month and have been doing so for many years. This Days Inn is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Disgustingly filthy. Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. Stained sheets, cigarette burns in the carpet and blanket, in a supposedly non-smoking room. Large chunks of tile missing on the walls of the tub/shower with what looked like black mold growing. No drain plug to allow a bath although I wouldn't have taken a bath in the filthy tub anyway. An electric circuit in my room went out about 8 p.m. and so I had no TV, microwave or fridge. When I informed the front desk they basically said tough and wouldn't move me to another room although the hotel was almost empty. You need to stop recommending this hell hole.
