Safe Stay: Holiday Inn Hazlet has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Clean Promise (IHG) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.

The room was nice enough. Weird that the windows are to a hallway. There was a used towel still in my “clean” room upon check-in. Front desk staff was rude and snippy. Housekeeping staff was pleasant. No breakfast because of covid, but most other hotels offer to go bags. This hotel offers nothing. Parking lot was terrible from all the snow and ice. Given that it’s NJ, should probably invest in some salt. Pretty quiet, never heard my neighbors if I had any.
TL;DR: I won’t be going back.

No issues with my GSD. Back side has plenty of space for taking dogs out when they need to go. The front desk lady was very welcoming to my dog as well. Rest as you would expect in any comparable holiday inn type hotel - clean and has all basic amenities.
