It was ok, but I’ve had better. Everything was average. I didn’t realize breakfast was not included so didn't have any, and their convenience store was empty. Didn’t try the coffee machine. Exorbitant price for what you get and $75 pet fee. On the plus side, Morristown is a cute place but Bistro was also extremely expensive.
Needed close place to stay while floors being refinished. Clean facility with friendly staff. Although we only came to sleep and return home early in AM there were quite a few nice amenities including a small appliance supply and lots of boxed games for kids. The pups liked it too.
(This is now a Sonesta Suite.) Very patient and kind check-in clerk, clean room, convenient and pleasant grassy areas with waste station and bordered by woods, on-site laundry. "Vibe" was sad, due to the pandemic situation and I think transient workers staying there, but it was fine for us and our dogs (we train in search). Many nearby food places, groceries, and parks.
The lady at the front desk was so very nice, and I was so tired and grouchy, but she remained sweet and patient. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. I would stay again for sure...:) Deborah Cheak
This was our first time staying at the candlewood suites. We really enjoyed having a kitchen area and a full refrigerator. They had treats for the dog at the desk. Only a $15 pet fee. Nice dog walking area and an outside spot to sit down and have a picnic if we want it. We were hesitant because there was no breakfast included, but they had anything we needed available at the store on premises. We would definitely consider staying at the candlewood suites again in the future.
